There is no single way to live well after 55, and the design of the ReGen Living Waurn Ponds Clubhouse reflects that. Some homeowners will still be working, others will be retired, and many will have days that move between exercise, family, friends, hobbies, travel and time to themselves.

For health and movement, homeowners will have access to an indoor magnesium pool and spa, steam room, gym and dedicated Movement Studio, creating different ways to stay active throughout the year without needing to travel far from home.
Social and entertaining spaces will include a homeowners’ kitchen, private dining room, wine room and indoor and outdoor bars. These spaces have been designed not only for organised community activities, but also for the smaller, more spontaneous moments that help make a neighbourhood feel connected.
There will also be a cinema for movies and shared entertainment, along with a business lounge for homeowners who continue to work, run a business or simply appreciate having somewhere outside the home to focus. Rooftop areas will introduce another setting for relaxing, gathering and enjoying the surroundings.
The variety is intentional. Rather than creating one large communal space expected to serve every purpose, the Clubhouse offers different environments for different moods, activities and moments throughout the day.

The ReGen Living Waurn Ponds Clubhouse is a planned future amenity. The architectural imagery and walkthrough shown in this article are representations of the proposed Clubhouse and have been created to provide an indication of the vision for the completed community.
